Just the most fabulous holiday! Thanks so much to the team at Lanzarote Resorts for making our stay so fantastic and especially to Sally, who dealt with every request from birthday cakes to submarine bookings.
The yurt is more beautiful than any of the photos suggest and it's gigantic! The outdoor space has a flavour of Asia, which as an Asian expat I adored. The children loved every moment and quickly found friends around the pool. Highly recommended and we can't wait to come back.

This was our first time to Lanzarote and we were pleasantly surprised by what the island has to offer. Casa Lila was spacious, modern, comfortable and well equipped including everything we needed for a toddler! The sandy beach at Arrieta was only 5 minutes away and we also used the pool. I would definitely recommend hiring a car, we went out exploring every day. In particular we liked the surfing beach, Famara, and we particularly liked the village of Teguise where we ate at La Cantina but there appeared to be lots of other lovely restaurants. The vineyards are well worth a visit to stock up on some fine wines and we enjoyed visiting a number of the attractions related to Cesar Manrique whose influence on the island has ensured it remains characteristic and picturesque. The weather was a lovely temperature, even though there were a few showers, we couldnt believe it when we arrived back in the UK to snow!

Un séjour exceptionnel sur cette ile magnifique. Nous avons tous très apprécié notre séjour à Punta Mujeres, sur cette ile de Lanzarote, le bon vin, le soleil, les petits marchés, les petits restaurants locaux.
Nous avons également beaucoup aimé cette location, toute proche de la mer, superbement équipée. Egalement Les ballades le long du littoral, les baignades dans l'océan ou dans les piscines le long du front de mer. Location idéalement située.
Merci pour vos bons conseils (la ballade avec José dans les volcans, l'adresse du club de windsurf pour Eloïse et le fameux Charlie...) Merci pour la paella et votre accueil...

The Fisherman's Cottage lived up to the rave press reviews. Superb location.

It is a rare event that you return from a holiday and immediately start planning your return. But we have because we absolutely loved our Eco Yurt and, indeed, the whole of Finca de Arrieta. It is so wonderfully set up, with everything you need there, including a trampoline and play area for our three-year-old and a chill out area with guitars for our 12-year-old niece. We missed the paella night but everyone we met was raving about it. Nearby are some lovely restaurants and right across the road was a great beach and Michelle made sure we had enough boggie boards for everyone.
We could only stay two nights and we just did not want to leave.

We had a wonderful stay once again with Lanzarote Retreats, unbeatable for service and style. We stayed at the Eco Yurt for three days and then at the Beach House in Costa Teguise for four days, both completely different but brilliant. It was our first visit to the Eco retreat although we have stayed at several other of the properties, all amazing and different ! We would definitely stay at the retreat again though, so chilled out and relaxing. We must say a big thanks to Tila, Michelle and Sally for being so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, already thinking about our next visit.........

9 of us have just had a fabulous stay in the Eco Farmhouse in Oct 2012. The pool area is fantastic and the pool room was great for one family to share. Arrieta is lovely, the beach is fantastic with the most understated Tapas place that was great value and great food. If you have a car, the sandy little coves up by Orzola are so sweet and the surf at Famara beach is just amazing. It was great to be outside the tourist areas. Tila, Michelle and team were so pleasant, kind and nothing was too much trouble. The Paella evening was really good too. I would highly recommend the Finca as a great part of Lanzarote but also a great place to unwind and really get away from things and have lots of fun with your family.

We had a great stay at the Casa Lila. Punta Mujeres is a lovely village and it's a great location to visit most of the intersting sites of Lanzarote. We found all the pieces of information given in the booklet left at the villa very helpful. Next time we'll stay a little longer (we only stayed 3 days!)

Arriving at Finca De Arrieta was a bit like landing in some kind of paradise that we thought must have surely disappeared in the halcyon holiday days of the 80’s…. it was as if Ryan Air and the Costa Del Developments had never actually happened.

The Finca staff were so accommodating and friendly- Tila, Michelle and Sally went out of their way to make us feel welcome, their tips about the island were priceless from beaches to Fish restaurants...as a result we really felt that we got to see the more exceptional parts of this unspoilt place which would have taken us a few trips to cotton on to otherwise...it was a bit like being granted an Islanders little black book.

There's as much or as little to do as you like. We opted to- Climb a Volcano;stroll on a lunar landscape; eat at El Lago, and Amancer and drink too much wine during live music at La Cantina; swim and surf at Famara; listen to Tila's tales of the Island on the trip to Graciosa, get obsessed with the Manrique trail....

Lanzarote felt like more than just a holiday spot, and this is more than just another luxury crash pad with an angle, this was a sincere feeling place that makes you feel genuinely lucky to have visited.

And did I mention Molly the Donkey …and the chickens, and the honesty shop...and the free car...?

This place was really something else.

We could not recommend it highly enough and will certainly be back!

We enjoyed a fabulous stay in the eco farmhouse during August 2012. The accomodation is super luxurious, with extremely comfortable beds and we relaxed from the minute we arrived.
Great outdoor area with pool and chill out lounge with bbq, 5 minute walk to the blue flag beach at Arrieta and lots of nice restaurants within easy reach. Highly recommended by my family of five
