Weather Canary Islands
The Canary Islands are blessed with an eternal spring-summer climate, this is due to the islands geographical location. They are 4º from the tropic of cancer and as Lanzarote is the most Easterly Canary Island, it is just 100 Kilometres from the west coast of Africa. The subtropical climate means that Lanzarote is a very dry island and guarantee’s sunshine almost without interruption whilst the higher and more westerly islands such as La Palma, Tenerife and Gran Canaria will have tropical rains from time to time.
Lanzarote is well known as a year-round holiday destination, you can often enjoy the sunshine even for a Winter/Christmas Break. As Lanzarote is non-seasonal and it’s weather continues to be appealing throughout the year all our accommodations remain available year round.
