Terms & Conditions

All Bookings are taken subject to acceptance on the Terms and Conditions below:

Arrival and departure: Arrival is anytime after 4pm. Departure is 10am. Guests staying in the Eco Retreat of Finca de Arrieta do have access to the shared areas including shower room and toilets at all times.

Tentative Bookings can be held for 12 hours or at our discretion, after which a 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Payment in full is required 1 month prior to your arrival. If for any reason the payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and will retain deposits.

A credit card number is required for damage/security purposes. Lanzarote Retreats is authorized to deduct monies to cover the cost of additional/excess cleaning, damages, repairs, replacement of goods or any other breaches of these terms and conditions. This includes leaving unwashed dishes and smoking inside. Any additional fees will be charged to guests´credit card facilities after their departure.

Accomodation must be left in a clean and tidy manner removing all rubbish, bottles, food and personal items.

All accomodations are non-smoking, we ask guests to smoke outside. A fee of 250 Euros applies to smoking inside. This charge covers the costs associated with removing cigarette smoke from soft furnishings, rugs, yurt linings and bedding.

Lanzarote Retreats will accept no responsability for any inconvenience with machinery breakdown. Lanzarote Retreats endeavours to repair or replace anything bought to their attention.

Standard Industry Cancellation Fees Apply To All Bookings: If you cancel after receipt of your deposit, you will forfeit the deposit amount of 30% of the total amount due. If you cancel less than 31 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be retained.

Travel Insurance: Lanzarote Retreats recommends all guests take out adequate travel insurance. It is the responsibility of guests to arrange their own travel insurance before they travel. This will usually cover the costs incurred through the inability to travel through illness, your death or that of a close relative, loss of baggage, flight cancellation, repatriation in the event of illness and also other benefits.

Date Changing: If a guest wishes to change their holiday dates or transfer their booking to another party, a 50 Euros Administration Fee applies. Date changes must be confirmed at least three months before the arrival date on the original booking and is subject to the discretion of Lanzarote Retreats. No refund will be given if you choose a lower price accommodation or season. If you choose to reduce your number of nights stay, no refund will be given on nights not used.
