Villa Casa Colina

This luxury 4 bedroom villa, sleeps up to eight, and sits in a private walled and gated 2,000m2 garden. The villa is spacious, light and airy and perfect for a family or group of friends to enjoy privacy and to get-away from it all. The private pool area is set amongst the mature gardens which offer panoramic sea views. This holiday villa is situated in the un-spoilt farming village of El Mojon, where you benefit by holidaying in the beautiful countryside whilst being conveniently centrally located on the island.

Villa Casa Colina has been tastefully decorated and offers a spacious, light and airy holiday accommodation. The living room complete with flat screen TV and basic satellite channels boasts magnificent sea views from its bay window and patio doors to its shaded terrace area complete with our door dining wet and BBQ. The fully fitted kitchen which - leads through to the outdoor laundry room - is complete with gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, kitchen table and microwave. The villa has a separate dining room which boasts the same views to the sea and 2 large bedrooms which share a modern walk-in shower room.

The upper floor of the villa consists of a master bedroom and second bedroom with built in wardrobes, spectacular sea views, bathroom with double sinks and patio doors to the very private large terrace.

Outside, enjoy the tranquil surrounding of the mature gardens which consists of native plants such as Aloe Vera and Palm trees. The pool area is terraced and has sun loungers, giving you a perfect space to relax and enjoy this peaceful retreat.

Villa Casa Colina offers you a central location in beautiful surrounding’s for a family holiday.

The price per night is based on up to 4 guests sharing Villa Casa Colina. There is an extra charge of €10 per person per night for additional guests.

Getting around

The villa is located just east of La Villa deTeguise, the most historical town of Lanzarote. There is a limited local bus service from Teguise.

Local area, facilities and services

Being located in El Mojon farming village, a car is required when staying at this villa. Casa Colina is a 5 minute drive from the historic old capital of “La Villa de Teguise” where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, including traditional Lanzarote tapas, a la carte menus through to wine bars. There are also a number of unusual art and curiosity shops which are unique to the island.

If you drive for 10 minutes to the east coast, you will arrive in the resort of Costa Teguise. This family resort offers a number of international restaurants, shops and the golden sand beach of Las Cucharas. You also have access to other less touristic sandy beaches such as Arrieta Beach on the east coast or Famara Beach on west coast, both beaches are un-spoilt and ideal for families or surfing and are within a 15 minute drive.

Further afield

Within a short drive from Villa Casa Colina, you will be able to experience the striking beauty of the lunar landscape of central and northern Lanzarote.

The wine regon of La Geria is famous throughout the Canary Islands and Spain. The landscape and method of wine production is unique to Lanzarote, with the vines being grown using the volcanic rock which is plentiful on the island. The wine is both distinctive and full bodied in taste and the many family owned Bodegas will happily provide you with a sample to try.

Reserving your holiday

Reserving your holiday could not be simpler!

Then just click the reserve button, next to the calender and complete our very simple reservation form,

Once we have received your reservation, we will contact you via email to confirm your holiday details as soon as possible.

How to pay

A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your holiday is required to book any property.

The remaining balance is due at least eight weeks before your arrival in Lanzarote.

Payment can be made by Visa / Mastercard or via Bank Transfer

We will contact you directly either via email or telephone for this information.

More Information

On your day of arrival your property will be available anytime after 4pm.

We ask guests to vacate the properties by 10am on day of departure.

For guests staying at the villa for longer than one week spare linen will be provided.

Length of stay and groups

The prices displayed on our site are for holidays of 7 nights or more.

If you require information about a shorter stay, please contact us - we will try to accommodate your requirements.

We are also able to offer a range of properties for larger groups of guests. With different options available from groups of 10 to 33 guests, all staying in one location, Lanzarote Retreats specialises in organising events such as weddings, important birthdays and larger group activity weeks.
