Ocean View Penthouse

Our exclusive, beautifully designed loft apartment – centrally located in the heart of Costa Teguise resort – has been refurbished to a very high standard and can comfortably sleep up to eight guests. Set just back from Las Cucharas bay, the golden sand beach here is perfect for swimming, water sports and offers the best beach on the island for windsurfing. A car is not essential for stays at this holiday apartment, as all the amenities you will need are within walking distance. But if you wish to take advantage of a hire car to explore all that Lanzarote has to offer, then there is plenty of parking nearby.

This sophisticated penthouse has been furnished to a very high standard in a chic, modern style. The large, glazed lounge area has panoramic views over Costa Teguise and Las Cucharas bay. There is a comfortable seating area for eight guests with basic satellite TV, DVD player and WiFi internet connection. In the corner there is a curtained double bedroom with a fantastic sea view. The spacious, fully equipped open-plan kitchen/diner has an oven/hob, all necessary small appliances and dining furniture for eight.

Outside, there is a good-sized, partly covered, south-facing terrace with uninterrupted views to the coast. Perfect for entertaining, there is a barbecue, dining furniture and two sun loungers for chilling out.

The penthouse has two light and airy double bedrooms – both with king-size beds and one with an extra single – and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a separate WC.

The price per night is based on upto 4 guests sharing the Ocean View Penthouse. For upto 8 guests, there is an extra charge of €10 per person per night.

Getting around

There is a main bus stop just a few minutes walk from the Beach House. The bus service is reliable, frequent and very cheap! The bus route includes Arrecife, a 20 minute journey and then Puerto del Carmen, the islands busiest resort, which is 40 minutes away.

There are taxi ranks throughout the resort. All taxis are licensed with a fare metre.

Parking

There is plenty of space for guest parking in the car parks either infront or behind the penthouse.

Local area, services and facilities

The Villa is situated at 'Las Cucharas', the main beach in Costa Teguise. At this beach you can hire equipment for windsurfing, diving, boogie boarding and kayaking. Sun shades and beds can be hired for those looking to relax by the ocean.

Pueblo Marinero, the main square in the resort is surrounded by bars and a huge selection of restaurants, from local tapas bars, Indian, Italian, Fench and Chinese cuisine. The bandstand in the square hosts live entertainment on various nights during the week and on Friday evening, a small craft market takes over the square with stalls selling jewellry, local crafts and leather goods.

There are a number of good supermarkets and shops within the resort, along with pharmacies, doctors, mini-golf and bike hire shops.

Following the coastline, the beautiful walkway is excellent for a stroll with seating and small bars along the way if you feel like stopping and taking in the view.

Costa Teguise is also home to the islands only Water Park and the islands main golf course.

Further afield

The islands capital of Arrecife is just a short journey away from the resort of Costa Teguise. The Arrecife Grand Hotel is the islands only high rise building, standing at 17 stories high. By taking a lift to the beautiful cafe and restaurant at the top, you will be able to experience one of the best views of the island.

Located a 20 minute drive from the villa, Teguise is the home to the islands largets market, taking place every Sunday morning and attracting visitors from all over the island. Winding its way through the streets, the bright and colourful stalls selling everything from T Shirts, bags, belts, local wine, linen and jewellery, there is always a lively and bustling atmosphere. How to pay

A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your holiday is required to book any property.

The remaining balance is due at least one month before your arrival in Lanzarote.

Payment can be made by Visa / Mastercard or via Bank Transfer

We will contact you directly either via email or telephone for this information.

More information

On your day of arrival your property will be available anytime after 4pm.

We ask guests to vacate the properties by 10am on day of departure.

 To make booking your holiday as simple as possible, we have included the following items in the overall cost of your holiday:

Length of stay and groups

The prices displayed on our site are for holidays of 7 nights or more.

If you require information about a shorter stay, please contact us - we will try to accommodate your requirements.
