The capacity of our Eco Yurt Royale is vast and proudly holds the title of the largest yurt on the Finca, boasting a substantial area of 83 square meters. It is meticulously crafted to an exceptional standard and features a private walled terrace, garden and high-speed wireless internet. Its exclusivity warranted the provision of a luxurious outdoor bath, a desirable addition to this unique abode. The yurt also offers a raised gazebo, offering ideal settings for alfresco dining, meditation, or children’s games. The Eco Yurt Royale provides superb sustainable accommodation for a large family. What’s included in the Eco Yurt Royale?
The authentic Mongolian yurt boasts a diameter of 10m and houses plush fabrics and handpicked antique Mongolian and Balinese hardwood furniture. The spacious yurt features three internal bedrooms divided by heavy curtains for added privacy, two of which contain super king-size beds, while the third has two single beds. A traditional two-skin cover keeps the yurt draft-free and maintains a constant ambient temperature, while the starlight features on the floor and central skylight allow for ventilation and romantic star-gazing.
The yurt’s outdoor area is privately set in a tranquil location, perfect for family use. The 300 sq m plot includes a stonewalled and gated terrace and gravel garden with ample play space, featuring a shaded daybed and bamboo-dining gazebos for al-fresco dining. The spacious shower room features a walk-in shower, W.C, marble floor, and sink, while a large corner bath set outside under the covered terrace provides the ultimate indulgence.

Arrieta
The village of Arrieta has 400 inhabitants and is set in the northern municipality of Haria, the most traditional area of Lanzarote and ideal for the more independent traveller. This northern part of Lanzarote does not offer purpose-built resorts such as Costa Teguise, Puerto Del Carmen or Playa Blanca. Arrieta is a small traditional Canarian fishing village which has learnt to adapt to meet the demands of some low-key tourism. Among other things, the village offers wonderful seafront fish restaurants, a very good pizzeria take away and a supermarket. As with other villages in the north, Arrieta is peaceful, tranquil and is ideal if you are looking to be away from the neon-lit bars and nightclubs found within the tourist resorts of Lanzarote.
Arrieta is one of the prettiest and most authentic fishing villages to still exist in Lanzarote today. It remains unspoiled and there is a rustic charm to many of its historic houses and coastal alleyways.
Arrieta boasts a beautiful beach called “Playa de La Garita” which has fine golden sand and is 810m long. This beach has a restaurant and beach bar and also WC/showers, parking and play park. The waters generally remain calm throughout the year. This beach is ideal for first-time surfing, body boarding, sunbathing, swimming, wave jumping, sandcastle making, sunrise spotting, fishing and dining at the beach bar or restaurant.

Finca De Arrieta is a perfect location for solo parents, the eco child friendly retreat is made up of a community of 15 different holiday accommodations.
