How does Flexi Stay Work? When you book a Flexi Stay with Lanzarote Retreats, you are booking your holiday dates, not your holiday accommodation. For a fixed rate of 95€ per couple per night (minimum stay 3 nights), your dates will be confirmed on booking and then 7 days before your arrival, you will receive email confirmation of your accommodation at Finca de Arrieta. Our eco portfolio includes cottages, villas, yurts & even a water tower. The Flexi Stay option is only valid for; Low season / Term Time (due to no last minute availability in the School Holidays), arrivals within the next 4 weeks and is subject to availability. Lanzarote Retreats prides itself on customer service and Finca de Arrieta welcomes many returning guests, with this in mind we will select for you the most ideal holiday home available.

Set in mature gardens with amazing sea & mountain views, Finca de Arrieta is a great place to holiday for all ages. There are 16 luxury private holiday homes within the original Eco village Finca de Arrieta. Each self catering accommodation has a kingsize double bed, private shower room (many are en suite) and fully equipped kitchen. At Finca de Arrieta, you will also find the following: solar heated pool 13m x 2.5m, WIFI (pool area only), 24 hour honesty shop, shaded day bed & sunbeds, laundry area, books / toys, children’s play park including giant chess & sunken trampoline, farm animals, fresh eggs from the hen-house. The nearest sandy beach is just 300 metres away where there is a very good local restaurant and beach bar.

The use of a complimentary Hybrid car is not included in the Flexi Stay rate. Please ask us for details if you would like to hire it.

The price per night is based on up to 2 guests sharing. It is possible to add z-bed’s or travel cots. There is a charge of €25 per night for an extra guest (larger groups and returning guests will be given priority to larger / superior accommodation).
