A friend and I stayed in the Twin Yurt part of the complex (made up of mostly yurts and and a few buildings) and had a fantastic time. Our yurt area was private, as are all of the others, clean, had excellent facilities including an outdoor kitchen, a hammock and covered table and seating.

It is a very relaxed, truly chilled place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff. The small local beach is lovely, there are very good local restaurants and cafes to eat at and a reliable local bus service to get about on if you don’t have a car.

The Lanzarote Retreat holiday compound is a very calming and very special place to stay. My friend and I loved it and loved the strange volcanic island too. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to either.
