Yoga & Pilates

There are many ways to start your day but warming up your body in one of our morning classes in Finca de Arrieta is definitely a great option. For an early start, you can try a soft yoga-based stretch from 8:00 to 8:45, or choose a regular class, beginning at 9:00 and lasting 60 minutes. There is Pilates on Tuesday, Yoga on Thursday and Chi Kung on Friday. Minimum of two persons is required so, ideally, let us know in advance. Regardless whether it would be your first class ever or whether you practice on a regular basis, you will surely learn something new and feel soooo good afterwards!
There is always a possibility to organize you a private class in one of our villas.
